Remote appointments anywhere in Ontario, in-person in downtown Toronto and on Hamilton Mountain. Most appointments take 15 to 25 minutes, and same-day slots are often available.
In-Person Notarization
Choose this if you need a copy proved against an original, a signature witnessed and sealed, or anything an institution has told you to have “notarized.” Requires attendance in person with your original documents.
- Bring the original and a photocopy
- Two pieces of ID required
- Documents submitted at least 48 hours ahead
Remote Commissioning (Video)
Choose this if you need to swear or affirm that something is true — affidavits, statutory declarations, and oaths. Completed over video where eligible.
- All signers attend live on video
- Valid government photo ID required
- Documents submitted at least 48 hours ahead
How it works
- Book and pay a $20 deposit, which comes off your fee.
- Complete the intake form we email you and upload your documents — the sooner the better.
- We review everything and confirm your estimated fee.
- Attend with two pieces of ID, plus originals if coming in person.
